Return Policy

We want you to love every item from Lilies and Cactus. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it

• Unworn or unused

• With all original tags

• In its original packaging
  Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Returns@LiliesandCactus.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at Returns@LiliesandCactus.com if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
